Great location right next to a bus stop, metro station, and mall. Slightly farther from the city center/big attractions, but very easy to get around. Very safe as well - the rooms are all located 3-6 floors above street level, and you need a key card to use the elevator. Breakfast was good (eggs, fruit, pancakes, rice, beans, salsas, veggies, pancakes, bread) although of course you could probably find a cheaper breakfast in the area, and sometimes when big groups came through they would run out of food. Gym was small but nicely outfitted, service was great, utilities were reliable and the AC worked well -- highly recommend!

Clean, safe hotel with very friendly people. You must take 2 separate elevators to access your room and that’s a small hassle. I ordered a piece of cake in the restaurant and it was served frozen. The waiter pretended it was normal. Not MY tres leches cake, amigo. But there are good views of the city and the price was fair.

The hotel is modern and clean but follows the no-frills policy. Rooms are medium-sized, the WiFi is good amd the tv has a few channels. Prices are standard for the type of hotel.

Pros: The room is very cozy, with a king-size bed that is large and comfortable to sleep in. Next to the hotel is a large shopping mall with a wide variety of food options. Cons: The Wi-Fi can be glitchy in the evening. The shower temperature is inconsistent—sometimes it's too hot, sometimes lukewarm, and sometimes cold, which is quite confusing. The breakfast is not up to par compared to other hotels in CDMX. There is no kettle in the room, and only one bottle of mineral water is provided. Fortunately, there is an OXXO store downstairs in the mall where you can buy water.

I really like the Fiesta chain. Sometimes I think they are a little pricy for what they offer, but the rooms are always spotlessly clean. They have properties all over Mexico so if you want to get out of the dorm, they are a good bet. I think I paid $50.00 for this room and I have VIP status, so I got put on the VIP floor. I havent stayed at a Grand Fiesta property; I will soon and though and I'm going to You Tube and blog it.

Nice and spacious room. Good service. Well located. Good quality in this hotel and very competitive price. The sole default for me is: The doors of the rooms slam abruptly late at night and early in the morning. You can hear a lot of noise in the hallway. People are talking loudly in the hallway as if they were in their living room. This is particularly unpleasant at this hotel. Most hotels don't have this problem of such a strong connection between the room and the hallway.

First of all, the place is clean and our waiter “Ivan” was awesome! He spoke little English but used his phone to translate. GREAT waiter, he was nice, polite, and attentive! We ate breakfast every morning at the hotel. Be sure to ask for Ivan Not so good.....We arrived in Mexico early and obviously the rooms were not ready. They were nice to keep our suitcases and was told to come back between 2-3pm. A bus load arrived just a few minutes when we came back to check in and we were informed our rooms are not ready when in fact, they gave our rooms away. Needless to say, we were aggravated. The woman manager stated that the group were “no show” but they paid. Nonsense!!! They need to change their hotel policy. If not mistaken, no show you lose your reservation and payment. We were persistent and they somehow found three rooms that we reserved and paid for online. I am giving it 4 star because of the check in incident.
